Why did you decide to become a personal injury attorney?
I became a personal injury attorney because I wanted to have close contact with clients and assist them through what is very likely one of the most difficult events in their lives. I understand that many people are intimidated by attorneys, don’t like attorneys, or have never had a need for one until they got hurt. I am the type of lawyer who places a high value on taking the right approach to your case and building trust. I am committed to being an attorney who is easy to talk to, returns phone calls, and adds clarity to a very confusing and complex process every step of the way.
What is your experience in personal injury?
Over the years, I have resolved hundreds of personal injury cases through both litigation and settlement negotiations. I always approach each case with the goal of negotiating a reasonable settlement to avoid the great time commitment and expense of litigation. However, insurance companies don’t always want to act reasonably and litigation becomes necessary to obtain a just result for my clients. Whether your case resolves by negotiating with an insurance adjuster or through litigation with opposing counsel, I have dedicated my career to helping injured victims level the playing field and obtain fair and full compensation for their injuries. I have assisted clients in a wide variety of injury cases and have obtained millions of dollars in settlements for my clients.
My practice includes, but is not limited to:
- Car accidents
- Dog Bite Cases
- Trucking accidents
- Wrongful death claims
- Pedestrian and bicycle accidents
- Drowning accidents
- Sexual assaults
- Bad faith insurance litigation
- Brain injuries
- Other catastrophic injuries
- Orthopedic injuries
- Motorcycle accidents
Can you tell us a bit about yourself on a personal level?
When I am not helping clients, I like spending time with my wife and two dogs, skiing, cooking, golfing, and playing poker.
